To better understand our clients' needs, we conducted the 2024 Client Satisfaction Survey with key clients across global markets. We received positive feedback that inspired us and provided valuable insights to guide our future improvements. Below is a summary of the key findings.

To date, we have established after-sales service networks in over 1,000 stores, including the UK, Germany, and other major markets. Our after-sales system has increased process efficiency by 50%, with stores utilizing the system achieving a zero negative feedback rate throughout the process.
By promoting official after-sales policies and contact channels to stores, and providing real-time process visibility through our EB Club platform, we have significantly improved store and consumer awareness and satisfaction.
In 2025, we will continue to expand our after-sales coverage and optimize service processes to deliver a more efficient and reliable experience for both stores and consumers.
